Pamela Lavine

Born on 2th March 1969 in Barbados, former West Indies ODI and T20I cricketer Pamela Lavine was an allrounder.

The right hand batter and fast medium bowler made her debut for Barbados in 2004 in the West Indies Women’s Cricket Federation tournament in 2004. Although Barbados finished equal fourth with Grenada, Pamela made significant contributions with both bat and ball that she was called up to represent West Indies in the World Cup of 2004/5 in South Africa.

That was the first of two World Cup tournaments in which Pamela appeared, with another appearance in the 2008/9 competition in Australia.

In 24 ODIs Pamela scored 548 runs at 27.20 with a top of 66 not out against Ireland in the 2004/5 World Cup. She took 19 wickets at 28.21 with a best of 4-17 against Sri Lanka at Basseterre in St Kitts.

Pamela also played in two T20 International World Cups in 2009/10 and again in 2010. She played 15 matches in total with a high score of 61 and best bowling of 4-21 against England also at Basseterre. She obviously like bowling at that ground!
