Originally from Bangalore, Karnataka in India, Sindhu Sriharsha is the captain of the USA women’s ODI and T20 International teams. She is also the team’s wicket keeper.
Over her brief career of fourteen T20Is, Sindhu has scored 159 runs with a best of 42 not out and with the gloves taken 8 catches and a stumping. She has captained the USA in every T20 International the team has played to date, leading them to victory in the ICC Americas World T20 Qualifiers in October 2021.
In November 2021 Sindhu and her USA team played their debut ODI match (later downgraded to List A by ICC) against Bangladesh as part of the World Cup qualifiers.
