Born on 7th November 1998 in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, ODI and T20 International player for New Zealand, Rosemary Alison Mair.
Rosemary is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who made her international debut in a T20 match against India in February 2019. Later that same month she made her ODI debut against Australia at the WACA where she took 2-35. Her first wicket, Meg Lanning, her second, Rachael Haynes.
In 23 ODIs Rosemary has taken 16 wicket with a best of 3-58, and more recently, 2-20 against Bangladesh at Guwahati in the 2025 World Cup.
In 36 T20 Internationals, Rosemary has taken 29 wickets with a best of 4-19 against in Dubai at the 2024 T20 World Cup. Her next best, 3-20 against South Africa at the same tournament where, along with her team mates, Rosemary became a World Cup winner.
