Becky Glen

Born on April 22nd 1994 in Edinburgh, T20 International player for Scotland, Rebecca Shelagh “Becky” Glenn began her career in England.

A right-hand batter who seldom bowls, made her domestic T20 debut for Yorkshire in 2012 before moving to Durham in 2013 where she has played both T20 and 50 over cricket since.

Becky made her debut for Scotland in a T20 International against Uganda in July 2018 at VRA Ground, Amstelveen in the Netherlands. She took two catches but didn’t get a bat as the Scots easily accounted for Uganda.

Since then Becky has played a total of 20 T20Is for Scotland with a high score of 60 against Germany at Murcia in 2019. It came off 48 balls. Her total 213 runs have come at a healthy strike rate of 98.61. He best bowling figures are 1-17.

Covid has interrupted so many teams around the world but hopefully we will see Becky and Scotland back on the pitch soon.
