News in brief
- Uganda has triumphed in the Namibia quad series, defeating Namibia in the final by 17 runs. Disappointing for the home team who had been unbeaten up til this point. Tanzania won their first match of the tournament after they defeated Hong Kong in the third place play-off.
- Brazil has won the final of the Switzerland quad series with a defeat of Spain by 86 runs. Earlier Spain defeated Switzerland in the third place play-off. It’s not clear why Spain played both matches. Jersey finished second on the table and were not present for the finals.
- Another close one between Argentina and Canada in the second match of their seven match bilateral series. Argentina triumphed by 6 wickets and now lead the series 2-0.
