- The final of the Asian Cricket Council U19 Premier Cup was… abandoned after heavy rainfall started during the UAE innings and never stopped. UAE were 54/6 against Thailand before play was halted. The two teams shared the trophy.
- Muneeba Ali has been named as skipper of Pakistan’s T20 team to take on Sri Lanka in the absence of Fatima Sana (Hundred). It’s a new look team with new faces after the disappointing World Cup. Aliya Riaz and Iram Javed have been dropped.
