Born on 6th June 1997 in Jinja, Uganda, former captain and current player for the Victoria Pearls, Kevin Awino.
The wicket keeper and opening batter has played in 30 T20 Internationals since Uganda gained T20I status from the ICC in 2018. Since then she has snapped up 20 victims, 11 caught and 9 stumped.
Kevin achieved her highest score of 42 not out against Nepal in May of 2022. The innings helped Uganda win the match, the series and also Player of the Match for Kevin.
